Giant Paper Rose – Recycled Posters for Bridal or Decor

by freshlyfound | Mar 24, 2021 | flower craft, flower projects, recycled, wedding

The Story of the Giant Paper Rose Don’t you just love it when some one just Gets You?  I have friend who knows how much I love to recycle paper.  She intentionally hangs onto all the old used posters that find their way into her office, and then passes them on...

Paper Sunflowers – Create A Bowl of Sunshine

by freshlyfound | Jan 4, 2021 | flower craft, paper craft

Can you imagine how much fun to make your own bright paper sunflowers!  They have a large cheerful presence!  A single bloom adds a touch of colour, while a whole bunch make a joyous statement. The blooms are longlasting and self-sustaining.  Therefore there is no...

by freshlyfound | Apr 5, 2020 | paper craft, tutorial

Drawer dividers are a great way to neaten up space in your cupboard or dresser drawers.  Are you, like me, inspired by those early Mari Kondo videos, and her whole ethos of tidy and orderly!?   Well these paper organisers are helpful indeed.  Importantly you can...

Heart-shaped Hot Air Balloons – Corporate Client Commission

by freshlyfound | Feb 10, 2019 | corporate, inspiration, installations, paper craft, wedding

About Me

ABOUT ME --- I have a strong sense that I was MADE to MAKE, and love passing that Maker passion on. It all started in 2007 with the Freshly Found Brand. I designed and co-ordinated the making of Freshly Found products, sent them around the world, supplied private and corporate customers, and took them to markets and the Design Indaba. As Freshly Found has evolved, it has transitioned into an inspirational and informative space. While I no longer accept orders, the older blog posts remain as a gallery of memories of the products I once crafted. Freshly Found is a journal where I record my creative endeavours and hope to inspire others to live more creative lives. --- Denise Kiggan
